The strength of this movement is its wide network of unit’s, focused on Worship, Study and Service, spread across India and all over the world. Through its various initiatives MGOCSM has fostered the academic excellence, leadership qualities and community service in the mindset of each student. It has helped each one to navigate the challenges of student life and has provided them mentorship to encourage these student’s to reach their full potential. As years pass on the student’s continue to uphold the values of MGOCSM, and mark up a positive impact in our communities and the world at large.
Since the inception, MGOCSM has attained tremendous growth and vitality under the able guidance and nourishment of our spiritual leaders. MGOCSM takes special interest in serving the poor and deprived ones in the society. Today this movement has been a beacon of hope, support and guidance for millions of students across the globe.
I take this opportunity, to thank the Ahmedabad Cathedral leaders and members of MGOCSM for their tireless efforts and dedication. I wish many more years of Growth, learning and making difference together.
Let us Pray to God almighty for his bountiful blessings on our Church and MGOCSM. Let the intercession of our patron Saints, Mar Gregorios, Mar Dionysius guard our church, and MGOCSM. Let MGOCSM remain the spiritual torch bearer for the younger generation of Malankara Orthodox Church in future as well.

Rev. Fr. C. S. Mathew is the Vicar of St. Mary's Cathedral Ahmedabad, He has done his masters in MTh and BTh from Serampore University and has graduated in BSc along with a PG diploma in Psychology. He is a very good counsellor and he is the Director for Pre-Marital Counselling Board of Ahmedabad Diocese.
