MGOCSM is rooted in three core principles: Worship, Study, and Service. Through these values, we strive to grow much in our faith and be closer to Our God.
I feel happy to share that following this Motto, MGOCSM Ahmedabad Unit has taken a wonderful Initiative to lead the choir for the Holy Qurbana in English/Hindi/Malayalam on every 4th Sunday of the month. It will not only provide a space for worship but also bring people together, fostering unity and understanding. It will also help to make the new generation students and youngsters to participate and understand the importance of the service.
As MGOCSM Choir team we make sure that every month we are able to lead the choir in any of the above mentioned languages. We also ordered a bunch of Pavitra Balidaan (The Living Sacrifice) from STOTS, Nagpur so that everyone will be able to participate in the same. Our Vicar & Asst. Vicars supported us throughout and made sure that we practiced well and get prepared for the Holy Qurbana the prior day. They never failed to join us for the practice and help us if any changes were needed. It was indeed a difficult task but by God’s grace and the support from the priests to assist us all throughout helped us a lot.
Chelsea is a dedicated and passionate teacher currently pursuing her Masters in Commerce. She is an extrovert who loves to express herself through various creative outlets and learn new things in life. Singing is one of her greatest passions; she also loves dance and photography.
